We offer a self contained, Private Tiny House everything you would have in entire traditional house such as privacy and comfort but more compact and at a much more affordable price tag. It’s Modern, fresh and very cosy, it comes with all you need. For a single night or a long stay it’s here for you to enjoy. The space At the end of a quiet peaceful Cul de sac you will find our Tiny house standing nice and tall within its lovely custom made courtyard that houses our peaceful retreat. The courtyard is easy to find and accessible. In the neighbourhood we have various walking trails as well as a dog park minutes away. Out side there is a garden bench specifically for your use. All the windows and the glass door have either block out blinds or plantation shutters. They were built & installed by a professional reputable company for your privacy & your peace of mind. Outside in Common areas we have CCTV. Built in 2022 but immaculately maintained as new, is a dual level Tiny House. It has an open plan main room that includes living, dining & kitchen. In the living room you find a two and half seat sofa that open up as a sofa bed. A full adjustable Tv, split air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, fold out wall hung dining table with chairs. The kitchen comes with absolutely everything and I mean everything. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, sink and (hot water) faucet, pots, pan and everything else you’ll expect and more. To the right of the kitchen under the stairs built into the cabinets you’ll have the benefit of having the use of your own washing and clothes dryer to make life easier and help save time. Beyond the kitchen is a full-size bathroom, sink basin, adult size shower & compost toilet (instructions are hung on the wall) Up the stairs opposite the kitchen is a loft and containing a queen size bed beautifully arranged just for you (the ceilings in the lofts are lower, some bending is required) We look forward to hearing from you and catering for you. Locally there are two very large shopping complexes about 5 minutes away by car: with a large verity of stores, fast food chains, other dinning and desert options in Browns-Plains as well as cinema. We welcome up to four guests at a time & two pets. But please mention each guest or pet you plan on have stay in your booking, failure to do so will incur additional fees , thank you 😊 Guest access The Tiny Home is located in a custom made courtyard easily accessible from carpark completely separate from the main residence. The key 🔑 is in a lock box which you can access 24 hours. The pin is released after booking are made.
