Family room has cozy woodstove, foosball table, recliner couch and large TV. Laundry and bathroom on first floor. Head upstairs for unique loft overlooking living room, additional seating and game table. Additional full and half bathroom upstairs. Please note that outside there is large kids playground with climbing wall, curly slide, and lookout tower. This is built to exceed safety code. Please supervise children at all times, and use at your own risk. If you would prefer us to remove ladders access prior to your arrival, this can be arranged. Swings also present in backyard. Home is close to snowmobile trails. Solar panels are on the opposite side of the house. We love our panels and deeply appreciate the value that they add. Please respect the solar array and do not touch or damage in any way. The entire garden area is open to guests, as well as numerous perennials to include asparagus, blueberries, blackberries, cherries and apples. Enjoy! *Please note that from June through August, houses available from Saturday to Saturday for 7 day bookings only. Use of the entire house, 18 acres and yard. 2 locked closets with owner belongings. Kayaks and a canoe is available for use in stream or lake. We strongly recommend that you use lifejackets at all times while boating. We have a number available, but if we don’t have your size there are stores in town that sell/rent lifejackets. Enjoy! Wooded, quiet road Road is a designated bike route, ice cream and mini golf nearby. 1 mile from public beach in Lake Luzerne. 9 miles away from Lake George, NY and about a 30 minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs. We want you to enjoy your visit! We will provide essential such as linens, sheets, towels, and toilet paper. So just bring your clothes and come enjoy the Adirondacks! Our kayaks and canoe are available in the summer months, as well as several life jackets. We strongly recommend the use of lifejackets while boating. If we don’t have your size, there are places in town to buy/rent.
