Living room with beautiful cathedral ceilings and large western facing window looking out over the mountains. Large family room has woodstove, foosball table, recliner couch and large TV. Laundry and bathroom with a shower on first floor. Head upstairs for a truly unique loft overlooking living room, additional seating and numerous games! Additional full and half bathroom upstairs with 3 bedrooms. Gather around the fire pit in classic Adirondack chairs while the kids on the most spectacular playground compete with climbing wall, curly slide, tube net, and a lookout tower. A tall swing set completes the backyard. Please supervise children at all times, and use at your own risk. If you would prefer us to remove ladders access prior to your arrival, this can be arranged. Hike and explore the 18 wooded acres right out the back door with a seasonal stream and mountain views. Hop over to Lake Luzerne where a canoe and kayak await you! If you prefer there is also a large selection of kayaks at the house including: stand up paddle board, kids kayaks, and sit on top style kayak. Numerous lightweight paddles, life jackets, lawn chairs, beach cart, and cooler included. Hike and explore the wooded 18 acres complete with a seasonal stream and mountain views throughout. Lastly 2 solar panel arrays help keep the house powered up for all of the fun and adventure 🌟 Guest access Use of the entire house, 18 acres and yard. Canoe and kayak at the lake waiting for you. Numerous kayaks at the house available, even a stand up paddle board! Paddles and many life jackets at the house. 3 locked closets with owner belongings. Kayaks and a canoe is available for use in stream or lake. We strongly recommend that you use lifejackets at all times while boating. Enjoy! Other things to note We want you to enjoy your visit! We will provide nearly everything including: linens, sheets, towels, dish and laundry detergent, lawn chairs, a cooler, and toilet paper. So just bring your clothes and come enjoy the Adirondacks! Our kayaks and canoe are available in the summer months, as well as several life jackets. We strongly recommend the use of lifejackets while boating.
