Cozy home with big backyard

Cozy one bedroom, one office, one bathroom bungalow style house with large fenced in backyard on a quiet street in the Randolph neighborhood of Richmond. Close to the Fan, Maymont, Carytown, and Arts District. Walkable (10-25 minutes) or short drive to VCU (Monroe Park), the James river, restaurants, museums, galleries, and tons of restaurants and stores. The space The bedroom has a brand new comfy queen bed. The office is perfect if you need to work from the home. The desk is adjustable and can be positioned to stand or sit at. You're welcome to use the monitor. If you don't need the room to work, it can be used as a second bedroom. A floor mattress is available, or it would be a great option for a pop up crib. The kitchen is fully stocked with amenities and dishware for cooking, plus many spices and condiments. If you have questions about what I have, just ask! There is a dining table in the living room with two chairs. There is also an outdoor table. The yard gets good shade in the evenings so is perfect for dinners outside. Other things to note This is my personal home - I just AirBnb it when I am out of town. Expect the home to feel lived in with personal items and flair. There are private dressers, cabinets, and closets where additional personal items are stored, which I will ask you not to access. No TV, although I do have a monitor you can hook a laptop up to. No pets please. You are welcome to have dogs visit in the backyard, but please don’t bring them inside. No access to the shed in the backyard. If you have questions, just ask!
