Achaderry Farmhouse (built in 1859) offers old charm and all of the expected modern day amenities; with a touch of luxury. One of these exciting added touches is the indoor hot tub, which is big enough for 6 people. The indoor hot tub is perfect for relaxing with family and friends whatever the weather, as well as unwinding after a day hill walking around Nevis Range or the surrounding Scottish Highlands. There are breath taking views from the hot tub and often deer can be seen roaming outside. The space The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 10 people, 3 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suite. The 4th bedroom on the ground floor has a walk in shower room. The first floor bathrooms are fitted with a large bath big enough for you to have a relaxing soak. All the bedrooms are fitted with a TV. There is also a separate shower room downstairs next to the hot tub. The living area provides the true Scottish farmhouse experience, with an open log fire (with enough log fuel available for your stay). The sitting room is fitted with a 40″ TV with Sky HD+ Sport and Movies. A true farmhouse experience starts in the kitchen, which is the centre of good conversation and entertaining. We have installed an AGA that is always on, so that you can cook and huddle around. You can have all your food shopping delivered to your farmhouse and put in your refrigerator on the day of your arrival. We are also on hand to advise you of the shops that deliver to Achaderry Estate. Other things to note More than just accommodation Achaderry Estate has lots to do for the whole family when you visit. The 400 acre grounds has some of the most spectacular views in Scotland. The estate can offer quad bike experiences for all the family. There are easy tracks on flat ground or forest tracks for the more adventurous. The experiences are always accompanied by our staff who will give all necessary training to the participant.  There is also clay pigeon shooting on the estate again with full training and at all times accompanied by our staff. For those that would like to try their hand at a rifle shooting experience we can accommodate those looking for target shooting.  If you are looking for a fishing experience we are happy to hire you the necessary equipment. The rainbow trout Lockean is well-stocked and ready for people to engage in fly fishing. With so much to do and so many walks for you and your pets Achaderry Estate really is more than just accommodation.
