Bright and airy Venice two-bedroom one bath house on a quiet street only a couple blocks from Abbot Kinney. Couch sleeps one. Two soft top surfboards available for use. Large backyard, grill, outdoor shower, garden, cold plunge, and jacuzzi! I am around the corner from Gjusta and Blue Bottle on Abbott Kinney. Only a 5 min walk to the beach. Washer and dryer in unit and one parking spot in the driveway. Absolutely no parties allowed. (Yes, we know our neighbors and they will notify us!) The space Great for a young family! We have a diaper changing table and a stroller available for use. To be specific, there are two separate private bedrooms, but the bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms as you can see in photos. The backyard is very large. Great for a little soccer match or playing horseshoes. Soft top surfboards, two 8ft and one 7ft, are available to use at the beach. Perfect for a family looking to have a staycation in Venice near the beach! Guest access The house, garden, hot tub. Storage sheds are off limits. Please be respectful of our personal items and clothing in the house. Other things to note This is my personal home. I only rent out once per year to the right person or family that will respect the space and take care that it has my belongings in it. No pets- we are super allergic!
