Discover comfort in this new, modern studio apart perched on Cliff Drive, a quick walk to the entrance of Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Lady Bird Lake walking trails, Downtown Austin, and numerous restaurants—a short walk down a wooded hill. Despite the proximity, our location maintains a tranquil atmosphere in a safe neighborhood, surrounded by the the GreenBelt. There's a private outdoor patio on the side. The apartment features high-speed G-Fiber internet, and a new Novaform mattress . The space This suite sits at the back of the property behind a locked gate bordering an alley. The suite shares a wall with my office. As a guest once put it, 'You're 5 minutes from everything Austin,' and it's true. Downtown, the Paramount Theatre, and Whole Foods World Headquarters are easily accessible through a pedestrian bridge. Walk to Restaurant Row featuring Chuy's (a Tex-Mex delight), The Picnic food truck park, Juliet's Italian Ristorante, JuiceLand, Vision Coffee, and Wanderlust Wine. Bike, canoe, paddle-board, and kayak rental options are minutes from your door. Conveniently walk to all SXSW venues, with the Convention Center just 1.5 miles away. The Long Center and Auditorium Shores are half a mile away, and Austin City Limits Music Fest in Zilker Park is a quick five (5)-minute walk. The Saxon Pub, a legendary music venue, and the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema South, where film directors and actors gather, are both a 10-minute walk away. Guest access Enjoy private front and back doors—keys will be provided. Other things to note The space features its own fully-equipped kitchenette and a natural stone bathroom. If you're two guests but need a second bed, there is an additional fee of $30.00. The studio limit is two. For a third guest an additional fee of $30 per day for a short term.  On a long term stay with a second person the fee will increase to $20 per day.  For stays longer than 14 days stay the cleaning fee will increase to $140.00 After 14 days rental the space would need to be clean twice per 28 days (once every two weeks for the extra service of $80.00). For long term rentals parking is off the premise on the street which is free in a safe neighborhood.
