It is a 3-4 minute walk (250 meters), to the Playa Grande beach entrance. You will be surrounded by a low coastal tropical rain forest and its attendant wildlife. Pequeno Paraiso's secluded location offers privacy, yet easy bike or car access to Cahuita's restaurants, shops, beaches, and the Cahuita National Park. Two (2) bikes are available for rent: both bikes, daily - US$15. One bike, daily - US$9. Both bikes, weekly - US$90. One bike, weekly US$55. Local bus service between Cahuita, Hone Creek, Puerto Viejo, and Manzanillo along Ruta 36 is frequent throughout the day. Taxi service is available in Cahuita, and for travel to Hone Creek, Puerto Viejo, and Manzanillo. A rental car will give you the most flexibility. Free parking available on the Property. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules during your stay: No Unregistered Persons; Guest Fee: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in removal without refund. Early Check-in or Late Checkout; Early/Late Fee: Please request approval for early check-in or late checkout. An Early/Late Fee may apply. Smoking / Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee: Smoking is not permitted on the property. Failure to comply will incur a Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee. Pets; Pet Fee: Pets are not allowed unless approved by the Host. Unauthorized pets will result in a Pet Fee and removal from the property. Unlawful Activity / Illegal Substances: Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate removal from the property. Reporting Damage: Please report any damages or maintenance issues within two hours of occupancy. Noise: Respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Furniture: Please avoid rearranging furniture to prevent damage to the floor. Beach: Please follow safety guidelines when using the beach and rinse off at the outdoor shower before entering the house after visiting the beach. Key Replacement Fee; Re-access Fee: Charges apply for lost keys or requiring assistance for re-access. Entering the Premises: The Host or Property Manager may enter for normal maintenance with advance notice, or in case of an emergency. Video Security System/Door Alarms: Exterior security cameras and door alarms must not be tampered with or disarmed. Garbage and Septic System: Follow guidelines for disposing of garbage and septic system waste. Items Left Behind: The Host is not liable for lost or stolen items, but will arrange shipment if requested. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
