Come enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at my cottage by the Cove! This newly remodeled home, located across the street from the Cove, is in walking distance to Ocean Beach, Waterford Beach, Eugene O'Neill Theater, and Harkness State Park. Just a short drive to Mystic, Stonington, Vineyards, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods. Close to CT College, Mitchell, and USCGA. Enjoy a game of corn hole in the large yard, hang out on the deck for a relaxing time, or launch your kayak/paddle board just down the street. The space This is a great location close to the beach. The house has hardwood floors, a fully equipped new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room, living room with ornamental fireplace. Large outside deck and big yard for corn hole or croquet. Enjoy walks to the beach for sunset, summer beach music- free concerts or a round of mini-golf and arcade fun at Ocean Beach Park. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler bag ready for your day at the beach! Guest access The neighborhood is very walking, biking freindly. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood. There is parking in the driveway for two cars. There is absolutley NO parking on the street. There is room for an additional car on the lawn to the left of the drieway. Other things to note Neighborhood. Our neighborhood is very quiet. Please be respectful. We do not allow gatherings of more than 6 people at our home- which is the limit of number people allowed to book. In an effort to keep our home safe for all of our guests we are not allowing friends or guests outside of those renting the home at any time. Additionally, please know parties, gatherings, or celebrations that create excessive noise are not allowed at our home. Music inside or outside of the home is not allowed past 10pm due to the proximity of our neighbors and the noise easily amplifies. Our home is ideal for a peaceful relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the local beaches. It is not ideal for parties, gathering, or celebrations in or outside our home. Parking. There is room for two cars in the driveway. There is NO parking on the street. If there is need for an additional car please contact us to arrange. Please do not have music playing in your car upon arrival/departure, again respect the neighbors/noise. Smoking. Our home is non-smoking. If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in loss of entire security deposit. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at the landlord’s discretion. Smoking is allowed outside the home in the yard or patios. Lawncare. We have a professional landscaper who comes on a scheduled basis. It should not disrupt your visit but know it will occasionally occur when guests are present.
