We offer 2 bedrooms on the ground floor in our spacious and quiet house You can rest for a night on the way to your vacation or for a family or sporting event in our region We are 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 18 minutes from the Boulerie Jump equestrian center in Yvré-l'Évêque, 25 minutes from Le Mans and 8 minutes from the toll without the nuisances of course. The space You will have your space on the ground floor (bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, hallway), one of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV Guest access You will be able to access the living room, kitchen. You can also enjoy our grounds and park your vehicle in the yard.
