There is air-conditioning in the upstairs master bedroom, the larger downstairs bedroom, and the living room, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment in all main living areas during the summer months. The smaller downstairs bedroom does not have AC, but we provide a fan for your comfort. The upstairs room is surrounded by large windows and offers both a cozy sleeping area and a stylish workspace. With direct access to the terrace, the space is filled with natural light and has a warm, calm atmosphere. The highlight of the apartment is its large open terrace — ideal for breakfast, dinner, coffee breaks, or spending quality time with friends. Additionally, there is an enclosed winter-garden lounge area furnished with comfortable seating and views over the surrounding rooftops, making it enjoyable throughout the year. The apartment has two bathrooms: one on the lower floor featuring a modern, marble-detailed walk-in shower, and another on the upper floor with a washing machine and generous space. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience. Other things to note - The house is equipped with three air conditioning units: one in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms, the third small bedroom includes a portable fan for added comfort - The apartment is on the third top floor and there is no elevator in the building - The ceiling height of the upstairs bathroom is about 170 cm with an inclined ceiling - There are stairs in the house - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
