This large and airy villa boasts 10 spacious bedrooms and 5 modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating a large group or family. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The villa is built with a mix of modern and traditional Colombian architecture. Large windows let in ample sunlight during the day, highlighting the comfortable and stylishly furnished living areas. There are plenty of seating options where you can relax, socialize, or enjoy a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking utensils, and cutlery. It features a large counter space, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where a large table can seat your entire group for meals. Our City Villa is located in a safe neighborhood, and is just a short distance away from Lleras Park, Provenza, Milla de Oro and may restaurants, nightclubs and shopping malls. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access As our valued guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire City Villa. This includes all 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living areas, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor patio with its private pool is also exclusively yours to enjoy. You can start your day with a refreshing swim or wind down in the evenings with a relaxing dip. For your convenience, there's also a dedicated parking area included with your stay. Please respect all furnishings and fixtures within the villa – we've put lots of love into the space and want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Whether you're planning a family get-together, a corporate retreat, or a vacation with friends, our villa offers a private, comfortable, and fun experience for everyone. Feel free to make yourself at home! Other things to note Before you book, please note the following: Respect for Neighbors: Our villa is located in a peaceful community. We kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. No Smoking: For the comfort and health of all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. Smoking in the outdoor areas is ok. Pool Safety: There's no lifeguard on duty for the pool. Guests with children are asked to keep a watchful eye on their young ones when they are in or near the pool area. Housekeeping: Our housekeeping team cleans the villa before your arrival and after your departure. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, please let us know ahead of time (additional charges may apply). Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Security: For your peace of mind, the villa is located in a safe neighborhood. However, for your safety and ours, we have cameras outside the house and outdoor areas. We are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible.
