Very nice and stylishly furnished apartment on about 90 sqm on the second floor. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance of the apartment. Hiking opportunities can be started directly from the apartment or are within about 15 km (volcanic lakes). The cities of Mayen 16 km, Koblenz 47 km, Cochem (Reichsburg) 14 km and the Nürburgring (25 km) are within easy reach according to the km information. The space The apartment is on the second floor and is open and stylishly designed. Access is via a small backyard through the entrance door to the second floor (not barrier-free). There are two separate bedrooms, 1 box spring bed and 1 normal double bed (linen provided), a bathroom (towels provided) and a large open living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room area. In the living room area there are also the two foldable sofa beds to expand the capacity to 6 people. Guest access Guests can use the seating in the courtyard, the entire apartment and a parking space located directly at the apartment. Other things to note The key handover (check-in) takes place after consultation with me via a key safe.
