After a day of exploring Sydney, unwind in the primary bedroom with a queen bed topped in hotel-quality linens, while the second bedroom comes with two single beds. The renovated bathroom features a contemporary fitout with a combination bathtub and shower, a timber vanity, and an internal laundry complete with a washer and dryer, all complemented by charming vintage-inspired tiling. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Guests will also have access to the communal rooftop and pool. Please make yourself at home! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ** Linen ** Please that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of stay. As part of your linen fee, we use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen. ** Complimentary Toiletries ** Our hotel type toiletry kit supplied is complimentary and is designed to start off your stay. This complimentary kit cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one toiletry kit per bathroom and not for per guest staying. ** Long Stays ** We accommodate long stays of 21 nights or more. However, any stays at this length or more will incur an additional mid-stay clean of $255. This clean will include a full clean and fresh laundered professional linen. ** Postage ** For security purposes please do not post your mail to the property. Any mail should be sent to the nearest ‘Australia Post’. Due to the heritage status of the building, only a certain sized water heater can be installed. This means there is approximately a 10 minute reheating time between showers. As of May 2023 - The apartment has undergone extensive renovations including new furniture.
