If you plan to bring a car, please note that guest parking availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking fees are not included in your booking rate and are paid directly to the admin. Rates are P25 for the first 3 hours and P150 for overnight parking. Some amenities have fees. Raya Garden charges fees for certain amenities, including the fitness center, pool, drop-off laundry service, basketball court, and clubhouse reservation for private parties. Please be aware that these fees are to be paid directly to Raya Garden's office if you plan to use any of these facilities. Pool hours are from 7am to 9pm. For stays of 3 months or longer, up to 9 registered occupants are eligible to use the pool for free. For stays under 3 months, there is a P100 pool fee per person per day. This fee is payable directly at the Raya Admin Office. Please note that the pool is closed for general cleaning on Thursdays. Weekends and holidays are exclusively reserved for unit owners and registered unit guests' use. Please note that while there is a laundry facility on-site (open Tuesday to Sunday 8am to 5pm), due to high demand, it may take 3-4 days for laundry to be returned. During your stay Hi there! This doesn’t affect your stay or safety, but we prefer to be transparent so you know what to expect. Inside the unit, you’ll find everything in great condition — comfortable beds, cold aircon, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. Imagine waking up on a beautiful Friday morning to start your long-awaited 3-day weekend getaway at Raya P09. You breathe in the fresh air while enjoying the stunning view of Manila Bay and Makati Skyline from your window. You start your day with a delicious breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen before heading down to the pool area. You spend the morning swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the pool's lush gardens. After a refreshing swim, you take a short ride to the nearby mall for some shopping and lunch at one of the many restaurants. You take your time exploring the mall and picking out souvenirs to remember your trip by. In the late afternoon, you return to the condo to relax and unwind. You enjoy a quiet moment, reading a book and sipping on a cup of coffee, while getting some work done in your workspace area. For dinner, you decide to cook a homemade meal in the kitchen, using the fresh ingredients you picked up from the mall earlier. You dine comfortably at the dining table, making the most out of your cozy space. On Saturday, you start your day with a morning workout in the condo's air-conditioned fitness center. After your workout, you head back to the condo to freshen up and get ready for a day of exploring. You decide to spend the day working from a nearby co-working space, taking in the local vibe while staying productive. In the evening, you return to the condo for a relaxing night in, catching up on your favorite shows or movies. You end your perfect weekend on Sunday by enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding area.
