A beautiful fully equipped apartment with a balcony overlooking the Yarkon Park (Bavli neighborhood), perfect for families and couples looking to experience Tel Aviv in a serene setting. Located right ON the Yarkon park, adjacent to the newly renovated boardwalk with lots of grass, benches, a coffee stand, large playground and views overlooking the water (beautiful at sunset!). The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, and one children's room with a big bunk bed that has an extra extendable mattress underneath so 3 children can comfortably sleep in the room. The kitchen has a high-end coffee machine, water bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Guest access The building has an elevator, however the elevator stops half a floor above the apartment and you will need to go down approx. 10 steps to reach the apartment. The building has a code to enter that will be given to guests before arrival. Other things to note **Please note that the apartment is our home, not a holiday rental. Our personal belongings however will not be in the way, and a part of the closet will be cleared out for your use. We request that you treat our house with respect and take care of the amenities.
