Includes an assigned parking, all basic amenities, a queen size bed, and two small couches along the wall that may be used as additional beds. Couches are ideal for children or small adults. Free Wifi. In the apartment we have beach chairs that you can use for your enjoyment! Perfect for honeymoons! The space Inside the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dinner table that may also be used as a desk space, a bluetooth speaker system, a flatscreen TV with HD channels, closet space, pantry space, and basic toiletries and towels. Next to the bed, you will find fast-charging USB outlets and fast WiFi. PLEASE NOTE: On our listing, we’ve indicated that there is a coin-operated washer and a dryer (paid washer / dryer) in the building. They are on the ground floor of the building. The reason for this, is because we have had issues in the past we guests have placed sandy towels and laundry into the machines in the unit, and that sand has caused the machines to break repeatedly, resulting in us having to buy new machines. That’s why we can no longer allow guests to use those machines and they are exclusively used by our cleaning staff. We do not provide any detergent for guest use, so, if you would like to do some laundry during your stay, we kindly ask that you walk across the street to the store, and buy some detergent to use with the machines on the ground floor of the building. I’m sorry if this causes any inconvenience, but I’m sure you understand where we’re coming from and appreciate your cooperation with us on this matter. Our cleaning staff has been trained on how to use the machines property, so we find an unusual amount of sand inside the machines, you will be charged a fee for the damage. Thank you. We would also like to inform you that our cleaner who resides in the same building of the Airbnb property and our family member who is one of the owners of the property both suffer from severe asthma and it is very likely they would suffer from extreme respiratory problems if they are exposed to dander. For this reason, if you are unable to travel without the assistance of an emotional support animal or service animal that sheds dander (cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, etc.) we kindly ask that you please consider booking a stay at a different nearby accommodation that would be better suited for your needs, since the dander could cause severe allergic reactions and asthma that would put our cleaner and family at a serious health risk. That being said, of course we would be happy to reasonably accommodate your companion, so if you do require the assistance of an emotional support or service animal that sheds dander during your stay, we will simply request that you keep the animal companion in a closed crate in the balcony during the entirety of your stay. We acknowledge that your service animal or emotional support animal is not the same as a pet, and we would only wish for your companion as well as yourself to enjoy a safe environment during your stay. Guest access In the building, you also have FREE ACCESS to a large pool, kids pool, playground, tennis & basketball court, and beachside picnic areas! Balls and rackets are not provided, but we may be able to get you some if you request it in advance. Please let us know. In Puerto Rico, knowingly and fraudulently misrepresenting a pet as a service dog is prohibited under local law. Misrepresentation can result in fines and, in some cases, up to 6 months in jail. Other things to note -No pets allowed. -Talk to security to get access to the tennis and basketball courts. -No visitors allowed.
