THE DETAILS: Arrival:  Dedicated off-street parking spot for one car and more on-street!  Descend from the parking area via the hidden stone stairwell into a serene 1/2 acre backyard featuring a 7,000-gallon koi pond and privacy.  Check the photo gallery for the floor plan! Great Room:  Lounge seating for 6, more on two ottomans in nearly 500 square feet! P.S. An entire hotel room is under 400 sq ft!  Views over the deck, koi pond, gardens to the distant mountains (in season)  Great bird & wildlife watching! Deer 20’ away, and racoons checking out…you!  Freshly washed throws in hearth basket to take where ever needed!  Put your feet up, grab a wrap, and relax! Dining & Kitchenette:  Dining Island seats 4 and up to 6 for close-in laughter!  Sharp knives (3) and two cutting boards (1 lg, 1 smaller), many utensils (peeler, spatulas, scraper, large spoons).  Appliances: Induction burner, microwave, two under counter refrigerator/freezers.  Dish & Flatware: Dishes and flatware for up to 8 people.  Glassware: Red and White Wine glasses, rocks and water glasses, serving pitcher, and Brita Pitcher.  Pots, etc.: Stainless Steel pots from 4 qt to 12-quart pasta with strainer, two non-stick skillets, grease catcher, strainer, and tea kettle.  Amenities: Abingdon Olive Oil & Vinegar, fresh-ground salt/pepper. Ziplocs, foil, plastic wrap, Paper Towels, bag clips, hand/dish soap, linens, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies.  Miscellaneous: food storage containers Breakfast/Coffee-Tea Bar:  Keurig and Cuisinart Drip makers, and reusable k-cups.  Peets coffee, loose tea/tea ball, Tazo teas, sweeteners, syrups, hot chocolate w/ ‘mallows.  Air Fry/Convection/Toaster Oven for meals or toast!  Place mats, cloth napkins, hot pads.  Bring your favorite creamers! Queen Ensuite Bedroom:  Dressers, walk-in closets with plentiful hanging storage, and suitcase stands.  Natural bedding, many pillows, extra blanket & pillow, and memory-foam mattresses.  In-room seating, candles, white noise machine, blackout curtains, and floor fans.  Steamer (one in suite). En-suite bathroom:  Many towels and two floor mats.  Artisan bathing soap, hand soap, and lotion.  Shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and a flat iron. Sunroom Bedroom - Twin daybed and trundle:  Natural bedding, many pillows, two memory-foam mattresses.  Black out curtains, white noise machine.  Dresser, clothes hooks, suitcase stands, and fans (floor and overhead). Sunroom as Lounge and Cocktail area:  Lounge seating, and twin-sized day/trundle bed  Dry and Sweet Vermouth,  Ice bucket, shaker, and bar tools, ice options including King cubes.  Bring your favorite liquor and mixers!  Glassware: rocks, wine, and champagne glasses (on request).  Listen to birds, the waterfall splashing, and enjoy the fresh air with doors open. Outdoor Areas:  Large deck and stone patio with a variety of seating for 9 (including dining chairs  Dining table, 4 chairs, seats 6 comfortably.  Umbrellas for you and for the fish!  Lush, seasonal gardens from entry throughout the upper Cozy Oasis deck area.  Wander the lower lawn and gardens, walk your pup or sit watching the deer roam.  Parking-level secure bike storage, charging, wash station, floor pump, and lubricants.
