A bedroom with a bathroom, 20 mins to the airport

The is one of our bedrooms (with an ensuite) in our home at Ciudad Verde, close to Crocodile Park. My family & I or other guests might be home during your stay. Our living & dining areas are shared spaces. We've listed this property as for sale; thus, licensed real estate agents & prospect buyers might visit our home during your stay. I assure you that your bedroom will not be accessed by them. I ask all guests to read our description, house rules & "other things to note" before booking a room. The space We do not have an elevator. The rooftop serves as the 3rd level. Each bedroom does not have its own refrigerator, kettle, rice cooker, & microwave oven. Those electric appliances are in the living and dining areas, which are shared spaces. The TV in the living room does not work anymore. Also, we do not have wifi. Other things to note 1. Each guest is required to send me a copy of their valid ID before check-in. 2. A security deposit of PHP1,000 is to be deposited to the host's GCash or bank account. It will be sent back to the guest once no irregularities are found after check-out. Irregularities include missing keys. We charge PHP500 for each pair. 3. Strictly no smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop, and ashtrays should be used. Drain holes on the rooftop can not be used to throw cigarette ashes into to avoid clogging them. 4. The clubhouse is currently being repaired. The swimming pool cannot be used. 5. There's noise coming from outside our home caused by traffic from the main road and several home construction sites nearby. 6. My family and I stay in this home when we are in Davao City and we have left some food items in the fridge and kitchen counter. We request all guests to write your name on the items you brought in before storing them in the refrigerator or anywhere in the kitchen. 7. We request everyone to treat our home as their own. Please keep everything clean and organized. CLAYGO is highly appreciated. 8. Requesting additional towels or beddings incur additional fees. We therefore advise guest(s) to hang wet towels to make them dry and ready for your next use. The bedroom has a built-in a bar for hanging clothes/towels. 9. There is no housekeeping during the duration of your stay. 10. We do not allow parties. Our village association does not allow this either. 11. We offer free toothpaste, shampoo & soap in sachets. 12. There's an induction cooktop, microwave oven, electric kettle, & refrigerator in the kitchen. Please do not leave anything unattended when in use. Extra Notes: Our responsibility is to thoroughly clean the entire home when guests check out. We assure everyone that all beddings and towels are changed with fresh ones after every use.
