Be enchanted and unwind as you listen to the sound of the sea while enjoying breakfast on the rooftop terrace. This house is simple in construction yet exudes luxury. It is an open-plan home, constructed primarily of wood, with an emphasis on abundant light and ventilation. Its greatest asset is its location next to the sea, offering unique views of Santana Island and Santana Bay. There is also a large enclosed garden (2000 m²) where you can enjoy the tropical vegetation. (Note : We have a stairs directly to a small beach. Although we constructed it to support local community, we do efforts to maintain it but it is not under our responsability). This spacious, recently built (2022) house of 100 m² features two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, showers, and toilets, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining/lounge area, a spacious front terrace (60 m²), and a roof terrace (25 m²) where you can enjoy a 360° view with garden furniture, dining tables, and a pergola. There's also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the outdoor terrace. Judge for yourself from the photos. Upon request, local dishes and specialties (breakfast and hot meals) can be prepared and served in the accommodation. We can also do your laundry for a small fee. For ecological reasons, we prefer to have as few water- and energy-consuming appliances as possible. Furthermore, power outages occur periodically across the island. We have a generator but cannot guarantee 24/7 power. Our local team will do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This house is nestled in nature and exposed to the elements. If a small lizard or spider in the house spoils your stay, this is not the house for you.
