Hillside Cottage, Wirksworth (Peak District)

I am excited to share my home with you. I am a full time secondary school teacher and spend much of my time away travelling or hiking/camping in the Lake District at the weekend and during the term breaks. During this time, whilst I am away, I would love to share my property to allow you to enjoy what the Peak District has to offer. This means that you will have access to the whole property besides my private bedroom for you to use as it’s your own space. The space The bedroom on the first floor is for guest usage. Guest access Please do not use the top bedroom located at the top level of the property. Other things to note I open my home to all guests at the weekend and make myself disappear so guests can enjoy the property without interruption and as if the property is there own. during the working week I am keen to host guests to share my space :) although I request for female only guests during this time during this time guests will have access to a private room. They will have to share my kitchen, bathroom and living space with myself but please be reassured during your stay to treat my place as it’s your own if it was that you were to hook, my working hours would mean you would have the property to yourself for the majority of your stay. Doggy’s are welcome but please ensure they are well behaved and clean before entering the property. There is no garden to let the doggy out but there are beautiful walks/ park 5 minutes up or down the road from the property 🐾 The property is within a 15-30minute drive to the following locations: - Carsington Water and Sailing club (5min) - Matlock\Matlock Bath (10mins) - Cromford Canal and train station (5mins) - Ashbourne & Tissington Trail (15 min) - Bakewell (30 min) - Chatsworth house (30 min)
