This accommodation, recently refurbished in July 2023, is located on the top floor of a modern brick building. It is composed of a living-dining room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed of 150x200 cm, a bedroom with two comfortable beds of 190x200 cm, two complete bathrooms with shower and a wonderful terrace. It has air conditioning in all the rooms. Its maximum occupancy is four people. The space The space is exterior, with two large windows on the ground floor in the living room overlooking the street where it is located and a window overlooking the courtyard in the bedroom, which will allow you to rest peacefully. In the living-dining room you will find a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and a modern panoramic television. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary elements to make your stay comfortable. There is a complete bathroom on the ground floor and another one on the upper floor. Both have a modern shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom on the upper floor has two 90 cm single beds and a large window that gives access to the attic terrace of the house, equipped with terrace furniture and a large table. It has air conditioning and heating by heat pump in all the rooms. Guest access As the building where the accommodation is located has only 6 flats, the communal areas are limited to the entrance hall, lift and the stairs leading to the different areas. Other things to note It is very important and necessary that we specify the time of arrival, in order to have the flat ready for you. The keys will be handed over using a safety deposit box located in the entrance of the property, which you will access with a password that we will provide you with before your arrival. On 24th and 31st December the check-in timetable is until 15:00. On 25th December and 1st January there is no check-in. Check-out from the accommodation must be done before 11:00 am. After that time, we will be able to access the accommodation without prior notice. If it would be difficult or uncomfortable for you to "leave" the accommodation before this time, do not hesitate to ask us about the possibility of checking out outside these hours. Depending on dates and times we may or may not extend these hours. This extension can be free of charge or upon payment of an extra amount that will depend on the occupancy and bookings of the accommodation on those dates. We can offer you some extra services on request, such as the use of cots, airport transfer, transport and luggage deposit.
