This unit is upper portion of 1 kanal house with 3BR, kitchen, lounge and terrace on 1st floor and 1 BR, lounge, kitchen with outdoor sitting area and rooftop garden on 2nd floor. Separate stairs and entrance. All rooms equipped with attached bath, cupboard, AC, Heater, Hot water, TV (Cable/Netflix). Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on Netflix or the wide range of cable TV channels available. The garage, with free parking space for two vehicles, ensures convenience and peace of mind for our guests. Solar system and UPS provided for electricity back up. We provide a unique kitchen offering where our full-time cook is at your service, ensuring you enjoy a delectable experience throughout your stay. Choose from our à la carte menu, savor breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared to perfection. If you prefer to provide your own cooking materials, our cook can cook meals as per your taste with a minimal additional charge of 3000 per day. If you prefer to cook themselves, feel free to cook up your favorite dishes and enjoy the comforts of home while staying with us. Whichever way you choose to dine, we're here to make your culinary experience truly exceptional. BBQ: A barbecue facility available for guests to enjoy outdoor grilling. You will arrive PHAF Officers Residencia gate after 1km. Once entered in society, it is first corner villa on right. Guest can make day tour of Murree, Patriata, Nathia Gali, Ayubia, Abbotabad, Muzzafarabad and surrounding areas at their car and return back late night. Caretaker available on site in Servant room with separate entrance. Cleaning or cooking assistance services are provided with additional charges @ 1000 per hour. Electric Heaters provided in each room during winter Dec-Feb. Air Conditioner provided during Summer between Jun - Sep. Please note that any additional guests staying overnight, beyond the initial 12, will be subject to an extra charge of 8 USD (2000 rupees) per guest.
