Quiet Getaway 10 Min. to Magnolia and Baylor

Located in a quiet, country neighborhood just outside Waco, 10 min. away from Baylor, Magnolia and more! This farmhouse style cottage is fully equipped for a fun family getaway. Fire up the grill and enjoy the string lights, fire pit, and corn hole in the oversized, private backyard. Inside you will find games and toys for all ages with plenty of room to gather with family and friends. Cook your favorite meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoy your morning coffee on us! The space Welcome to Sunny Side Cottage! The house offers privacy while being only minutes from 1-35. Parking is limited to the 3 spaces in the driveway and two directly in front of the house. We can accommodate up to 6 guests and supply linens for the number listed on the reservation. Two bedrooms and two full baths will give you ample room to relax. As one recent guest noted, the beds are ‘hotel ‘quality.’ The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom contains two twin beds. A queen size blowup mattress is available for more sleeping accommodations. The living room hosts a cozy couch and plenty of chairs for watching your favorite shows. The hall closet is stocked with a big variety of games and puzzles. The oversized, private backyard offers the perfect place for the kids to run. Fire up the grill and enjoy the fire pit. (Roasting sticks are kept inside a kitchen drawer.) Or you can toss bags into our corn hole game or stretch out on our hammock under the big trees. Patio lights stretch across the camp fire area. We do have a single camera located in the front to alert us of all packages delivered to the house with supplies for guests. We’d love to have you stay with us!
