I invite you to an elegant and comfortable apartment with air conditioning, in Miasteczko Wilanów, in a new housing estate. There are numerous shops and stores, including bakeries, "frog shops" and "ladybirds", as well as service outlets. Just a 15-20 minute walk from the Medicover Hospital and the Paley Institute. The space Apartment is located on the 1st floor, in a new building with security. The building is new, therefore finishing works are still being carried out in some premises, which may be associated with noise. The apartment has a living room with a comfortable fold-out sofa for 2 people, where it will certainly be nice to relax after an intense day of work or sightseeing in the city. The living room also has access to a large balcony via 2 steps. The living room and kitchen create an open space. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary accessories and equipment to prepare a delicious meal for yourself and your loved ones - a plate, an oven, small fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine for capsules. The bedroom is a separate lockable room with a large double bed. The bedroom also has a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a rain shower, washing machine and basic cosmetics, shower gel and hand soap. In addition, the apartment has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Guest access Apartment is located on the 1st floor, in a building with an elevator, in a building with 24/7 security. I also provide a parking space in the underground garage, which is included in the price. I also offer a set of bed linen and towels for each guest. There is also WIFI internet access - fiber optic network. The apartment is only at your disposal. I issue invoices. Other things to note Please take care and behave in my Apartment as if it was your place and remember these few rules. - Loud behavior or music is not allowed between 10 PM - 8 AM. Please honor my neighbors. - Not allowed any kind of parties, meetings, occasional events - No smoking - No pets allowed Check in time is from 4 PM, check out until 10 am-I will try to adapt to Your needs as possible. You don't have to go anywhere for the keys, I will be waiting for you in the Apartment. It is possible to arrange passing the keys during the night, however, there could be an extra charge of 60 pln. Please keep the keys. In the event of their loss, the cost of replacement of the lock I will have to charge the Guest. Please inform me about exact time of Your arrival at least one day before so that I could welcome You and give any directions.
