Located in a hilly position, it offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The beach can be reached in about 5/7 minutes on foot. They will be able to use the common areas of the property: - Garden with aromatic plants - Barbecue - Shared outdoor spaces Access to the apartment is from the main road: a short staircase leads downwards, and after a few steps, you reach the property’s entrance gate, which leads to the residence’s common areas and the apartment. Free parking is available along the street adjacent to the property (quiet residential area, normally no difficulty finding a space). The Canneto - Lipari Centro shuttle stop is within walking distance. - Check-in is done in person either by the Host or by trusted people who work for the property. - Check-out time 10:00/10:30 a.m. - The remote or in-person host or their staff offers assistance during the stay.
