Room with attached bath in a new house

I've two rooms for rent in a new house in Bothell, you may rent out one or both. The location is great; everything here is very close, 10-15 minutes by car. For e.g., grocery stores (Fred Meyer, Safeway etc.), Indian grocery store, restaurants, Costco, Home Depot, daycares for children, public library etc. are all very close. Please note that the price shown is per room and not the total price for two rooms. My other room is listed at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1160185920249193250 The space I've two bedrooms for rent, one on first floor which has attached full bathroom accessible from inside the room and other on second floor which shares a wall with the full bathroom dedicated to the guest. The house is new (built 2021) and the community is very friendly. Guest access Guests will have their own keys.
