Peaceful, private and centrally-located two bedroom apartment within a 5 minute walk to Depot Town in Ypsilanti. Restaurants, bars and coffee shop are within walking distance. Close to major highways, DTW, EMU and UofM. The apartment is the entire second floor of a two-story home. There is a private entrance and plenty of street parking is available. There is not a formal kitchen in the unit. Key code will be provided the morning of check-in. The space This unit is on the second floor of a two-story home. Two bedrooms, one bathroom and living space which includes a smart TV and two couches that can be converted to extra beds. No laundry facilities or kitchen, however the unit does have a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. Please note: bathroom and bedroom doors do not have locks. First floor tenant is a full time resident who does have a dog. You will not have any interaction with tenant or dog. The dog has never been in the upstairs apartment. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor with private entrance. Guests will not have access to the driveway, front porch, garage or backyard. There is a public park across the street if guests would like more outside space. Other things to note This space sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably depending on if the queen beds are sleeping 1 or 2 people. I would consider accepting reservations for 6 people if you explain the reason for your reservation and how many adults/children will be staying at the time of booking.
