The house boasts an open concept—large kitchen & living room with sweeping views of our beautiful farmland. The newly upgraded deck overlooks the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Our 1,100 sq. ft basement includes a massive sofa, TV, and games for the whole family. Adjacent to Beak & Skiff's Apple Hill. The space Welcome to The Cider Sanctuary! Our modern farmhouse, located in a 1,000-acre apple orchard, offers stunning views and a peaceful escape. You'll also get to experience the history of Beak & Skiff Orchards, a family business since 1911. Just across the street is the Beak & Skiff Apple Hill campus, voted the #1 Orchard in America by USA Today. Enjoy apple picking, cider donuts, hard cider, spirits, and live music. In the Fall, we're open daily from 10 AM – 8 PM, with the last wagon ride at 5 PM. Don’t miss a tasting at our 1911 Tasting Room. For dining, visit our Tavern, Café, or Bakery, famous for its Apple Cider Donuts! A short 15-minute drive will take you to Skaneateles, where you'll find more dining and the luxurious Mirbeau Spa. The Space BEDROOMS: Each bedroom in The Cider Sanctuary is designed for your comfort, with carefully selected beds, linens, and décor. We hope you’ll enjoy a restful stay. At the end of your visit, please strip the beds and place all used sheets and towels in the laundry room. BATHROOMS: Our bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials. Please use the key in the electrical closet in the basement if you need extra supplies. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes: - Fridge/freezer - Stovetop - Microwave - Oven - Crockery and cutlery - Dishwasher - Keurig single-serve coffee maker Upon arrival, enjoy complimentary basic food and beverages, featuring a taste of Beak & Skiff’s offerings, including hard cider, spirits, fresh cider, kombucha, cold brew coffee, and cannabis beverages. TELEVISION AND AMENITIES: We have two flat-screen smart TVs (in the living room and lower-level game room) with Spectrum cable. Alexa devices are available for music and trivia. LAUNDRY: A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent is available for your convenience. PARKING: The garage is cleared out for your use and can accommodate up to 2 cars. Additional parking is available in the driveway. POOL AND HOT TUB: Our pool is open from June to September, and the hot tub is available year-round. Please supervise children around the pool at all times and ensure the gate is closed when not in use. Cover the hot tub when it’s not in use to keep it clean and warm. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay. The doors are code-operated for easy self check-in. You will receive check-in instructions and access codes one week before your arrival via the Airbnb app. The codes will grant you access to all areas of the home, including the pool, hot tub, and other amenities.
