The space The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright, modern and contains everything you will need for your stay in Penzance, Cornwall. The apartment also has free off road parking at the accommodation - a rarity in Penzance! The flat is walking distance from the beach, Penzance centre, Penzance train and bus centre, a bakery and various supermarkets. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine, as well as all basic kitchen utensils. Perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner. The space also has a dining table, seating area and a TV for those nights in! Bedroom 1 is a double, with bedside tables, a sideboard for storage and a small hanging rail. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside table and it also has a small hanging rail. Both have a floor length mirror. There is a travel cot available for use, but please remember to bring cot linen. There is a bathroom consisting of a shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. The entire flat is heated by underfloor heating. There is a small outdoor balcony space at the front of the property, where the afternoon sunshine can be enjoyed! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire flat. Keys are accessed via a secure keysafe box, for a self check in. We will contact you nearer the booking with details. Other things to note Please note the accommodation is a first floor flat and is accessed up an external set of steps. The flat also has free parking at the accommodation.
