PUVs (Jeepneys & Taxis) are very accessible — just in front of the gate or at the nearby waiting shed area. The space The place is facing east, where the sun arises ☀️. You can enjoy the perfect scenery of the early morning sunrise and sometimes witness the heavy fogs resting on the valley. It is also facing the back vast area of Legarda Europa Condominium, with a nice perspective view from the terrace. You will enjoy the cold breeze of Baguio from the location of the unit. Moreover, the place has good cellular network signal coverage inside and outside the unit. The place is a three-story attached house unit. The 1st floor is where the living, dining, kitchen area, and comfort room are located. The 2nd floor is where #1 (Double deck bed) , #2 (Double bed) rooms and terrace are located. The 3rd (double & Double deck bed) is where Room #3 is set. Guest access Guests have full access to all three floors: living area, kitchen, dining, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and private lounge on the 2nd floor. No on-site parking.
