With its incredible sea and Morgat views, facing south and extremely bright, our Kerwood family home located in Crozon-Morgat is an 8-minute walk from the center with its small farmers' market and local shops, and a 13-minute walk from Portzic beach. Kerwood welcomes you with its 4 bedrooms for 6 people, a large garden, a beautiful living room opening onto the large south-facing terrace. We will be delighted to welcome you to our home. The space Recognizable by its stone facade typical of Breton houses of the 1930s, the Kerwood house welcomes you as a family or couple in Crozon-Morgat. On the side, just after the stone facade overlooking Rue Louis Jouvet, park in the small stony path and access the entrance to the house after a few steps. Discover an entrance with a cloakroom and separate toilet, lit by two windows. On the same level, a very bright double living/dining room with TV and wifi, and bay windows overlooking the large south-facing terrace. It is equipped with garden furniture and outdoor dining table to enjoy a good barbecue. The dining room side is equipped with a family table for 6 people also overlooking the bay windows and the terrace. Finally, with a fully equipped, functional dining kitchen open to the living room, you have everything you need for comfortable meals. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed of 140 and many storage spaces, as well as a desk and especially 3 large openings overlooking the sea and a very beautiful view of the bay of Morgat; the bedroom of our young children with a bunk bed, books and some toys. On the same level, there is a bathroom with large bathtub, shower and toilet and an east-facing window for morning sunrises. On the second floor, accessible by a small staircase, are the attic rooms of our two young girls with an extraordinary view of the sea and the entire bay through very large skylights. In each room there is a 140 cm bed and a sink. On the ground floor, you will find on one side a games room and a reading room with a French window overlooking the garden, and on the other side, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, as well as a summer shower very convenient for beach returns, as well as an additional toilet. Kerwood being our family home, you will stay in our family photos, our books, and our little holiday bazaar, to summarize in a house filled with happiness. Enjoy this setting, in a nice family and quiet neighborhood, both close to shops and beaches. In addition, a towel and linen service is possible, and the end-of-stay cleaning package is mandatory; rates indicated in the "internal regulations" section.
