This exceptional location does not prevent immediate proximity to the village of Vic la Gardiole or the beach of Aresquiers (both located about fifteen minutes walk). From the house you can access the restaurant La Ferme des Aresquiers or horseback riding on foot and by the beach. The space The Mas is composed of two adjoining and communicating apartments by the outdoor terrace, the main house is composed of 4 bedrooms all with bathroom and a living room dining room of more than 100 m², the second apartment of 82 m² is composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room dining room of about 30 m².
