Rancho Poco a Poco is nestled comfortably within a private garden oasis of over an acre of land. The property holds two separate dwellings carefully designed with the concept of traditional Mexican hacienda meets contemporary craftsmen to create a safe harbor of tranquility in the middle of the tropical jungle; yet is situated only minutes away from the famous surf break and beaches of the bohemian village of Sayulita and the bustling good times of local restaurants, bars, and shopping mercados The space The original Hacienda transports you back in time with the traditional red clay roof tiles over a long shaded veranda with exposed wooden beams as seen in the days of old colonial Mexico. The covered outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for group meal preparations or optional chef-prepared dinners on-site which will be shared at the antique wooden communal dining table under the veranda equipped with numerous ceiling fans. The open-air living space adjacent to the dining area offers plenty of comfortable seating to allow time to enjoy the ambiance of the garden views while indulging in conversation and sipping specialty tequilas and mezcals as sampled by ¨catadores¨ or expert tasters as requested. The bedrooms of the Hacienda consist of four large and spacious rooms each with its own separate entry and private bathroom. The first bedroom has two individual beds that can easily convert into a king-size bed as needed. Adjacent to this first bedroom is another bright and open sleeping space that contains a bunk bed with both a double and twin size mattress where a set of french glass doors open up to fresh air and a walkway past a garden of colorful bougainvilleas and a seasonal flowing creek where the occasional donkey may walk by. The brightly lit and ventilated bathroom is decorated with custom-designed concrete tiles from a family-owned business in Guadalajara, Jalisco that dates back to 1905. The remaining three bedrooms are all large and spacious with a similar set up of two individual beds per room that easily convert to king-size beds if desired. Each room is complemented by a unique perspective of the local flora and fauna with custom-designed abstract art wall murals. The collection of bedding, plants, and artwork as collected across Mexico combine together to create a distinctive feel that you won't find anywhere else. The bathrooms have ample space and are bright and airy; each complimented with cheerful Mexican tilework and windows that open to the fresh air and passing arroyo. Each bedroom is fully accommodated with air conditioning, black-out blinds, and wi-fi access, and all are situated to look out onto the open garden space from the large windows providing a cozy and comfortable space to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Next to the water fountain which plays background musical subtleties of cascading water. There is a treatment room set up to accommodate massage and a variety of health and healing modalities as brought to you by highly skilled professionals of the Sayulita community as requested.
