Our home is also just 30 minutes from the famous Garden of the Gods and Downtown Colorado Springs, where you can find a charming atmosphere and many great places to eat or drink. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bath, second level 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed with ensuite bath, second level 3rd Bedroom - Queen bed, second level We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies. This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
