A family-friendly home. Providing a space to go to Lishan that can also be like home, comfortable and soft bed sets, providing everyone with a feeling of going to the mountains and vacationing. Check-out time: 11:00am Check-in: 3:00 pm Please park your vehicle within the white line of the main road of Pear Mountain. (About 2 minutes walk to the accommodation) To be eco-friendly and love the planet. Please bring your own towels, combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shower caps, disposable slippers, lotion. Our host family offers our own large bottles of shampoo and shower gel. p.S: Please be considerate of others and don't be noisy or disturb the neighbors after 9:00 p.m. No smoking in the whole house!!! Please move to 1F kitchen, 1F front yard, 2F front yard, 2F viewing deck to smoke. The space <2F-With windows> "Room Type A" - 2nd floor 2-person room (2 adults ~ 1 child, maximum 3 people): - 1 King Bed. - No extra floor mats. - You can see the 3rd floor room, recommended for families and relatives. "Room Type B" - 2nd floor 4-person room (4 adults, maximum 4 people): - 2 queen size beds. - No extra floor mats. <3F - Windowless> "Room Type C" - 3rd floor secret room for 4 people (4 adults ~ 1 child, maximum 5 people) - 2 double beds (beds combined). - No extra floor mats. "Room Type D" - 3rd floor open room (up to 7 people, adults and children): - Full room, no mattress. - 5 sets of futon mattress + 1 double size futon mattress. - You can see the 2F-A room type below. - If you have children, please be careful not to climb over the fence. Open items (by appointment, please contact the host after booking): - Premium KTV rental is available (closed after 9pm). Please do not park your vehicle on the open space on the left side of the villa (facing the road)!!! During your stay Before check-in, you will receive information about the person assigned to you. If you need help during your stay, please contact the assigned receptionist. Other things to note In winter, you need to bring your own iron chains to drive to Hehuan Mountain. And on the road, there may not be anyone selling/renting chains. If you forget to bring a chain and your access is blocked and you have to cancel, the host family will not be able to refund the deposit, thank you! <1F Front Yard> 1. The barbecue grill or fireplace in the front yard on the 1st floor is available by appointment, please do not use it without permission. 2. Please do not drive to the front patio, terrain problems, there is a great possibility of damage to the vehicle chassis! 3. Do not park your vehicle on the left side of the villa (facing the road)!!! 4. For guests who have rented BBQ equipment, be sure to put out the flames when the BBQ is finished! And please clean up the site and make sure the garbage is put in one place. < Bathroom Facilities > 1. There are only two toilets, located on 1F and 2F. Everyone has to take turns. 2. Due to water pressure problems, please shower one group of people at a time, please do not shower in two bathrooms at the same time. 3. Pear Mountain is a high mountain area, and when the weather is bad, the whole Pear Mountain may start to limit water at 17:00 in the evening. It is recommended that bathing be completed by 6:00 pm. 4. Please make sure to turn off the faucets and appliances at all times to avoid wasting hard-earned water and electricity resources on the mountain. 1. Drinking water is available in the 1F kitchen and can be taken to each room for drinking. 2. Please do not eat, drink, or smoke in the room. 3. Please take care of the kitchen equipment and do not damage it. 4. Before checking out, please wash the shared dishes and facilities you use to give everyone a clean space. 5. Make sure to turn off the kitchen oven, steam box, and stove when you leave the kitchen. 6. Please make sure to turn off the faucets and appliances at all times to avoid wasting hard-earned water and electricity resources on the mountain. 1. Please do not use the fireplace and kerosene stove in the 1F living room without permission (safety considerations). If you have an appointment, please contact us and we will have someone ready and assist you before your arrival. When you check out, be sure to put out/turn off the flame. 2. Some items in the house will be priced, if you are interested in buying, please contact us. 3. If the object in the house is damaged, please compensate according to the price tag, and we will claim compensation at the market price for the unlabeled object. 4. Please turn off the TV at 9:00 pm to avoid disturbing other neighbors. 5. Guests who have booked KTV, please close at 21:00 at night to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 6.
