Located on the 39th floor of the renowned Legends private residences, is 39th Parallel, a luxury suite with amazing views, upgrades throughout and chef kitchen with top appliances. Enjoy all the amazing amenities including party lounge, gym, pool, outdoor terrace with fire pit lounges, bar and BBQ dining area. The space The 39th Parallel Luxury Suite Features: -approx 700 sq. ft of living space with balcony -Million dollar sunset view -Queen bedroom -walk in closet -4 piece bathroom -den with dedicated workspace -1 queen air mattress-can be placed in the den -in suite laundry -fast wifi -fully stocked kitchen with top appliances -BBQ -towels and basic provided Our home can comfortably sleep 5 guest; 1 air mattress, 1 queen bed, 1 couch. (extra pillows and blankets provided). Need some snacks for after game party, take a short walk to Loblaws through the pedway and back to your suite within minutes. 39th Parallel luxury suite is not an apartment it is a memorable experience. Guest access As a guest you have exclusive access to the suite as well as all the amenities available to private residence. Other things to note Please note this is not a hotel but a private residence, please respect the space and quiet hours which include 10 pm to 8 am. This suite is a long term rental with a minimum of 31 night stay. Smoking or vaping is not allowed within the suite, private balcony or within the building premises. Cleaning and laundry supplies will not be provided during your stay. However, you are welcome to use any cleaning/laundry supplies that I have in the suite if you like. We appreciate that you keep the suite clean and tidy during your stay. A one time deep clean will take place upon departure.
