The apartment is just a short 20-minute journey by public transportation from two of Paris's most iconic landmarks: the Louvre Museum and Notre-Dame Cathedral. The neighborhood is very safe. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition. Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released. - Respecting the House Rules Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises. No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am. No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises. In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept. Additionally, please note that: In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged. Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure. In order to guarantee compliance with these rules: - You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site - A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
