With 2 bedrooms on the main level, living room, enclosed porch, and a separate bonus area in the basement, there’s lots of room for guests. The 1st bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam mattress. The 2nd bedroom offers a comfortable stay on a full bed. Bonus sleeping area with twin trundle beds is also available in the semi-finished basement. Fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal and guests can enjoy seating for 6+ at the large dining table. The backyard is fully fenced, offering a safe space for children and pets to enjoy. Easy access to I-70, Indiana State University, Rose-Hulman, Deming Park and more. Central A/C unit replaced June 2023 to keep guests cool during our Indiana summers. Guest access Guests have access to the main level of the home, finished basement space and backyard. Full size washer & dryer is available in the unfinished portion of the basement downstairs. Other things to note Parking is available in the driveway and can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars, back to back. Some street parking also available.
