Enjoy the amazing views of the lake from the upstairs screened porch, from the spacious living area or from the large downstairs porch & deck. The master bedroom with king bed is on the ground floor, with a full bathroom (shower) that is accessible from both the bedroom & foyer. A small sitting /tv room is also located on the ground floor. The upstairs has a well appointed kitchen, spacious living & dining area; a screened porch with twin size daybed/porch swing, two bedrooms with queen beds, bathroom (with bathtub), and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Indoor Living: 2 smart tv’s, dining table, ceiling fans in each room. Outdoor Living: Boat dock with lift, fire pit, outdoor dining table & seating, large yard. Kitchen: Oven, electric cooktop stove, Microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot water /hot tea maker, blender, cooking basics, dishes, flatware. General: Wi-Fi Mobile hotspot, linens & towels, central air & heat, washer & dryer, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo & soap provided. The home is on a private well & septic system. The well has a water softener. Please do not flush any foreign objects down the toilets. The covered carport area can accommodate two vehicles & the driveway has ample parking, even for a boat trailer. You will have to navigate a short stretch of dirt road to get to the driveway. The roads are kept up and should not be an issue for any vehicle. The front door has keyless entry. Dock is in good condition but has no side rails, so enter at your own risk. Great fishing off the dock. But, as everywhere in Florida, there are alligators in the lake, so be cautious.
