THEY ONLY SHARE THE SERVICE PATIO WHICH HAS A WASHING MACHINE AND ASSIGNED DAYS TO WASH (MONDAY AND THURSDAY). IT IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF QUERETARO BETWEEN THE MOST IMPORTANT AVENUES. EVERYTHING IS CLOSE BY, SELF-SERVICE STORES, NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, THE CENTER AND THE MARKET ARE 15 MINUTES AWAY, SELF-SERVICE STORES ARE 5 MINUTES AWAY. A PRIVILEGED PLACE, DON'T MISS IT. The space Col. El Carrizal is in the heart of Querétaro, so living in an apartment with this location is special since you can easily move to any point of the city quickly, because everything is very close to you, the apartment is cozy and you have everything you need to be comfortable as if it were your home! It has two bath towels. This apartment is on the top floor and Mondays and Thursdays are laundry days, so you can access the laundry room in the service courtyard through the back door. When the tenant lives more than a week, he is obliged to clean his apartment at least once a week. The apartment is for a maximum of two people, and smoking is NOT allowed in any area of the house.
