It will however NOT SUPPORT, if any, AC, fridge, projectors, geysers, sound bars, microwave and washing machine. ***Once in a while scheduled power outage for long hours from the electricity department BESCOM could occur and we are not to be held responsible for the same. DURING THAT TIME KINDLY USE THE ELECTRICITY AND WATER WISELY. Check-out : 1100 am / Check-in: 1300 pm. Rooms tariff does not include any meals, snacks and tea/coffee. Any extended check-out time will attract a minimum fair decided by the host. 2. UPS: While the UPS has a back up cover capacity of 3 hour, depending up on the usage, it can only support light, fans and TV (excluding 55 inch and above TV). It will however not support, if any, ACs, fridge, projectors, sound bars, microwave and washing machine. ***Once in a while scheduled power outage from the electricity department could occur and we are not to be held responsible for the same 3. CLEANING: The cleaning fee paid while booking covers post-checkout cleaning for the next guest. ** No daily cleaning is included. Additional cleaning is available at an extra cost. Longer stays: Stays longer than 7 nights will incur a cleaning fee of Rs. 250 per session (brooming, moping & bathroom); with a minimum of 1 mandatory cleaning sessions per week. 4. Silent hours: 11pm - 7 am (no loud music or noise allowed) 5. Illegal activities (Prostitution, use of narcotics, gambling, contraband, weapons, explosives, poisons, flammable objects etc) and commercial activities are strictly not permitted. 6. No eating and drinking are allowed on the beds. Non-compliance and damage to the bedsheets will attract Rs1,000 fine 7. Damage to the property/breakage of items by the guests will be chargeable as per actual cost, repair or replacement. 8. Only guests who are accounted for, are allowed in the guest house, no outside unauthorised visitors are allowed inside the property. 9. Guest must provide a valid identity proof (AADHAAR/PASSPORT/PAN/DL/Local) . All foreign nationals must share their valid Passport and VISA details prior to their stay. 10. House Keys: please ensure that you lock the door after you leave the house and handover the keys to the caretaker. If you lose the keys, replacement charges (Rs. 750) will apply.
