If you want to Go to Dominican R. you could catch Capital coach Line or Caribe Tour at 5 minutes. Belmart Market is also near by for foods. The space There is a big mango's tree in the parking lot.You could take a rest there during night time. Guest access you could use all the area if you want too.There are no restrictions. Other things to note Since 2012 I've started to rent my Apt, Guest always willing to come back again.They are really love my spaces.
