a cozy room is rented out

I, my partner and my 2 cats live alone in a very large apartment (90 sqm). We rent out a reasonably large room with a double bed, a small table with 2 seats that can also be used as a desk. (There is also a kettle, tea and coffee) Washing machine available in the apartment and may be used if necessary. We have a large and nice kitchen that you can use. The apartment is close to the station and it takes 20 minutes to Stockholm Central Station. Grocery store, gym are within walking distance. We live on the 3rd floor without an elevator
