The space The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, which can also be converted into two separate beds if needed. There is an air conditioner and a ceiling fan in the bedroom to ensure a restful sleep. Additionally, there is a spacious wardrobe and a safe to store your belongings. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with hot water. You have your own kitchen equipped with a kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven, and refrigerator. The apartment boasts a generous outdoor area where you can enjoy sitting with a cup of coffee or another drink. Your private balcony offers both an outdoor table and seating. On the premises, there are four apartments, a spacious swimming pool, a palapa (thatched-roof structure), an outdoor shower, and a parking space per apartment. Two of the apartments overlook the pool and palapa, while the other two have views of the hills. Due to the layout of the property, you'll enjoy a great deal of privacy. The apartments are modernly furnished and equipped with 220v power outlets. Other things to note The nightly rate includes water and electricity based on normal usage (7 kWh/day, enough to run A/C at night). Any extra use will be charged at check-out (USD 0.60/kWh).
