The kitchen dining area which has a large open fire is approx 4.75m wide X 8.5m long. The kitchen is very well equipped to handle typically two families sharing a break. Family bathroom with bath/shower down stairs with master bedroom and another bedroom. Lounge downstairs has wood burner stove, TV and quality Speakers for music. Ceiling height 9m so feeling of space. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each room. Both rooms have ensuites with large showers. Lounge upstairs, 8m X 4.5m, with a table, TV, DVD and sofa which is a sofa bed. Kids tend to take lounge up stairs and adults downstairs. Kids can't be heard from the other lounge. Christmas 2023 the area has a huge storm which knocked out electricity for the area for 4/5 days and the property had 5 bookings. the utility company could give no assurances so customers were contacted and refunded.
