Our recently renovated charming gîte located in the serene countryside of Dordogne, provides a haven of peace and tranquility for families and friends to unwind. Our 110 m2 holiday home, which was once the house of a farmer's family, is full of authentic elements and can accommodate up to six guests. Inside, you'll find a cozy living kitchen complete with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living room includes a sofa and round table, while the beautiful garden is the perfect spot to relax and unwind under the large chestnut tree on hot days. We have a lovely outdoor space where guests are welcome to relax. There is a swimming pool nestled in our garden sanctuary, surrounded by nature. The pool area also features a fire pit for evening enjoyment under the stars. While the entire garden is accessible to all, we aim to be considerate guests in 'your' home. Regarding use of the pool, we want to respect your preferences. When you are onsite enjoying your retreat, we are happy to forgo pool time so as not to disturb your relaxation. At other times, we look forward to taking a refreshing dip. The pool dimensions (5,5 x 3 x 1,3 m) allow for refreshing swims. Other things to note Our gîte is proud to be environmentally friendly and committed to reducing our carbon footprint. We have implemented several green initiatives to achieve this goal, including the installation of solar panels that provide a significant portion of our energy needs. Additionally, we offer our guests the choice between water from the on site well or from the municipality. This allows guests to make an environmentally conscious decision and helps to conserve this precious resource. We also encourage our guests to participate in our sustainability efforts by providing recycling bins and encouraging them to conserve water and energy during their stay.
