The space This charming riverfront fishing shack offers a perfect blend of rustic coziness and outdoor adventure on Wheeler Lake off the Elk River. Interior Spaces: • Living Area: Open and inviting with warm wood-paneled walls, a comfortable sectional sofa (that can serve as extra sleeping), and a 55” HDTV with Roku for streaming your favorites. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and basic cookware/dishes. • Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms featuring comfortable queen beds, plush bedding, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades for great sleep. • Bathroom: One full bath with a refreshing shower (guests love the rainfall showerhead!). Outdoor Spaces: • Two spacious decks ideal for lounging and soaking in the gorgeous river views. • Screened-in porch – perfect for bug-free dining or evening relaxation. • Covered boat dock right on the water, great for fishing, tying up your boat, or simply sipping a drink while watching wildlife and sunsets. The entire home is yours to enjoy, with self check-in and all the essentials for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. (Note: The dock is occasionally shared with the neighboring property.) Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Dock is shared with property next door so if there's people staying there, they might be finishing or tying there boat off to the dock. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We provide starter toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels. We do not provide soap or shampoo as this is a personal preference. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. The house is on the water, which means there's a better than even chance you'll see bugs. Spiders, mayflies, mosquitos, etc. We have a service that sprays which helps keep bugs down in the house, but we can clean the decks and stairs in the morning, and there's bugs right back in the evening.
