Welcome to Oakwood! This spacious 3-level home is the ideal retreat for your group! Guests have access to the entire property (home, suite and garage). No tenants or shared spaces on this property. Comfortably sleeps 22+ guests. A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi. Conveniently located on the Surrey/Langley border. 3 min drive to Langley Events Centre. Easy access to Hwy 1, 7, 15, Fraser Hwy, Airports, downtown Vancouver, and U.S. border. Bus stop directly outside the front door. The space Entirely private access to three levels of this professionally furnished modern country home. The upper level boasts four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Main level consists of an open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, powder room, work space and a formal living room. The lower level has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a second fully stocked kitchen and laundry. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements Upper Level: • One King Bed (Sleeps 2-3) • Double Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4 total) • Double Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4 total) • One Double Bed (Sleeps 2) Main Level: • One Queen Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2). Located in a separate semi-private area with privacy curtains installed. Lower Level: • One King Bed (Sleeps 3) • One Double Bed (Sleeps 2) • One Double Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2) NOTE: One floor mattress and full size crib is also provided. Guests are more than welcome bring their own floor mattress or sleeping bags. 🏡 Amenities Air conditioning to keep you cool during your stay. Linens, luxury towels, toiletries, and hair dryers provided. Two fully equipped kitchens with dinnerware, flatware, utensils, pots & pans, small appliances, a Keurig, kettle, air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, personal blender, stand mixer. Keurig Coffee and tea set up in both kitchens. (Main kitchen and lower level suite) Free High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV with streaming services: Netflix, Prime, and Disney+. Two laundry areas with detergent, iron, and ironing board. 🚙 Parking Guests can park 1-2 vehicles, depending on size, in the driveway. Two additional vehicles can be parked in the garage. There is also unlimited free street parking available. 🚫 House Rules No unauthorised guests - Only guests included in the reservation are authorized in the home during the stay, unless approved beforehand. No smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping - Smoking outside the home is permitted. If smoking, please dispose of cigarette butts safely. No pets - Unfortunately to ensure a hypoallergenic home, pets cannot be accommodated. No parties or gatherings without approval - Fines may apply for any noise/neighbor complaints. If you are unsure of the rules please send a message for clarification😊 Guest access The home is NOT shared with any tenants. You will have full private access to the entire property, including the detached garage and driveway. Other things to note The bunk beds in Bedroom 3 & 4 are Double sized mattresses, meaning each bed can sleep up to 4 guests. Upper bunk has a 300 lb. limit. Safety precautions are framed in the bedrooms. Twin floor mattress is stored in the upstairs Primary Bedroom closet. Full size crib is stored in the upstairs Primary Bedroom closet. A high chair and baby bath can be found in the laundry storage, below the stairs. The gas fireplace has been switched off for guest safety. A small additional guest fee may apply for bookings over 16 guests. The home is fully stocked with amenities and toiletries for guests. Once toiletries are finished or for any items not included in the amenities list, guests may visit the local market.
