Centrally-located downtown/ OCC The newly renovated home has 2 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms. The master-suit is equipped with a 55 inch TV with streaming capabilities and king size bed. The master bathroom has double vanity, walk-in closet, and beautiful shower. The secondary bedroom is located in the basement and has a queen size bed and adjacent full size bathroom. The house is equipped with AC. There is a fully fenced backyard. There is also a work space with docking station and monitor. The space The home is a newly remodeled cottage. You have privacy with hedges surrounding the front of the house, and a backyard enclosed with a 6 foot privacy fence. inside you have a large livingroom room equipped with plenty of seating, TV with streaming services, and an old school Pinball machine. If you need to work remotely we have WIFI, a docking station and monitor. The kitchen is equipped with more than the basic equipped so you can cook away from home. The primary bedroom with king size bed is on the main level, the secondary bedroom with queen size bed is in the lower level (stairs down), and a couch in the livingroom (not a pullout couch). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except one locked storage room. There is a detached garage/ storage area and driveway the guests do not have access to. We have employees that access the garage both day and night. Our employees are very conscious of your privacy. There is street parking available. This is not a busy street, and parking is not an issue. Other things to note We do not allow any pets. A penalty will be applied or cancelation of your reservation without refund. will occur. Additionally, pursuant to the Airbnb terms of service, no dogs, including service dogs may be left alone in this property without the host’s consent. We do not give consent to any dogs ever being left alone.
