Welcome to Valle Farmhouse, located in the heart of Valle Crucis! Historic farmhouse nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC, minutes from Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk and convenient to Beech and Sugar Mountain skiing. The house is extremely family friendly with a large yard, firepit, tree swing and trickling brook. The space Our home is a cozy 1,500 SF, 3-bedroom house with a kitchen, living room and loft, stocked with toys, books and games. Each bedroom has blackout shades and a noise machine. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and is located on the main floor with an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. This bathroom also has a door to the living room. Toiletries and towels are included. The main living room includes a smart tv, electric heated fireplace and French doors that open to the fenced in backyard and fire pit area. The upstairs has two bedrooms and an open loft between the bedrooms with a smart tv, toys, books and room to play, as well as a small shared full bath (shower only) for both bedrooms. The upstairs queen bedroom includes a smart tv and room for a pack-n-play, which is provided. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a high chair as well as basics such as olive oil, balsamic, spices and coffee filters in addition to soap, dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies and paper towels. Guests also have access to a laundry room where the following basics are included: detergent, clothes steamer, (and a vacuum should you need it). Outside, you can enjoy the flat, fenced-in backyard, gliders, and fire pit, or play in the wide open front yard with a tree swing, or just sit back and relax on the wrap-around porch. There is a small trickling brook on the property that varies depending on rain, but almost always has craw fish and salamanders to find! FAMILY FRIENDLY: We offer a pack-n-play/extra mattress insert, high chair, baby gates, hiking backpack, noise machines in each bedroom, toys, books and games. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire house and 1-acre property.
